We were contracted to convert and extend a dilapidated 2 bed roomed terrace house into a 4 bed roomed house under the ‘multi housing occupancy’ scope of works.  The project consisted of full demolition works to all of the internal walls, floors and existing attic space, along with the removal of an existing king truss within the attic space. 

We were contracted to remove the existing roof tiles on a pair of semi detached bungalows and install new roof tiles, along with ridge tiles, breathable felt membrane, rebuild existing chimney stacks and install new roof trusses atop of the existing flat roof garage to blend in the new roof.

We were contracted to build a small rear extension along with a new kitchen installation.  The kitchen was sourced and installed by ourselves and we brought in a kitchen designer to facilitate the smooth operation of the project.
