We were contracted to convert and extend a dilapidated 2 bedroomed terrace house into a 4 bedroomed house under the ‘multi housing occupancy’ scope of works.  

 

The project consisted of full demolition works to all of the internal walls, floors and existing attic space, along with the removal of an existing king truss within the attic space.  

 

We added an additional bedroom and ensuite to the attic room, a new ensuite to the front bedroom and a further two bedrooms fully equipped with a full electrical re-wire, new heating system, fully re-skimmed, new stairs, dormer windows, rear extension to house the boiler system, yard refurbishment and 2nd fix joinery.  

 

The client installed their own kitchen, flooring throughout and rear landscaping works.
