We were contracted to build a bespoke, individually designed dormer bungalow on the former site of a car dealership in Quarrington Hill.  

 

We had to dig out a large proportion of land to get the site nice and level and we had to build the house around a mains overhead cable diversion which came from the existing street and powered a logistics business to the rear.

 

We were constructed to build the shell of the house incl a double detached garage and perimeter walls which included large curved sections.  Our contract was completed within 15 weeks and this included down time for extreme bad weather.  

 

We helped the clients complete the internal works and the external landscaping works as we become great friends throughout the building process.  They had further land to build an additional two houses which we later started and completed during 2015.
