We were contracted to convert and extend an empty property in the village of Plawsworth.  

 

The project included major underpinning and structural works to the existing property along with a double story bespoke extension built over a newly built double garage.  The extension and front of the house was rendered with a style finish and blended into the existing walls.

 

The project was completed within an 8 week window and we re-visited the property some weeks later to take off the existing house tiles and install new clay pan tiles along with breathable felt membrane, eaves support systems and replacement fascias & soffits.
